The brief
From initial concept to final product, we developed the control concept, remote, and user interface for the C6 SMART HOME. A key technological factor shaping the design solutions was the LED touchscreen.
UI and UX Objectives:
- Information should be presented as users expect.
- Information must be easily visible and readable.
- Navigation should be easy to understand and intuitive.
- Colors, fonts, images, and other media elements should not distract but rather create added value.
Functional Analysis:
To achieve our defined goals, we began the design process by analyzing the requirements for the ventilation system control and the functionality algorithms, as well as the needs of the end users. This analysis resulted in the creation of a functional and design schema for the user interface.
Design Process:
Refining and adjusting the design is a long and meticulous process. The Komfovent C6 user interface design catalog contains nearly 1,000 different files, which confirm the authorial rights to the final design solution.
Industrial design
The designed enclosure successfully housed a touch screen, control panel, and sensors for air quality and temperature. Upon mass production, it became the most advanced and compact in its class, receiving awards at international exhibitions.
Demokit
We designed and produced educational tools and Demokits.
APP and Webserver
An application has been developed for controlling devices via phone or computer from any location around the globe.
Educational Video
We have created a new informational video about C6 SMART HOME automation control. This video will help you understand the functionality and capabilities of the remote control. You will learn where to find information about heat recovery, energy savings, how to change ventilation modes, schedules, and other features.
