The brief
The object of the work is a passive humidifier made of clay composite, designed for small living spaces. The goal of the work is to create an aesthetically pleasing humidifier design based on passive humidification, using the results obtained from analysis and research of clay composites. The use of clay for room humidification is an age-old practice; however, in this technology-driven age, passive methods of room humidification have not been developed. One of the perceived reasons for this is the large surface area required to ensure efficiency, so passive humidifiers take up more space than active ones, which can ensure efficient humidification. However, there are ways to reduce the occupied space.

Design Concept
The product concept is being developed based on the use of clay for passive humidification of indoor spaces in dry climates.
